We are recruiting for a rapidly-growing Real Estate Agency in Tokai. They are seeking a sales-driven and enthusiastic Property Sourcing Agent with excellent negotiating skills.

If you’re a go-getter, serious about sales and looking to start a career within Real Estate, this role is for you! Full training will be provided.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


- Matric (Mathematics or Accounting)
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in a Real Estate or Financial environment
- Real estate knowledge | experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong sales, communication and telephonic skills
- Extremely well-spoken, confident and very persuasive over the phone
- Strong negotiating skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised and target-driven


RESPONSIBILITIES


- Assisting Real Estate Agents
- Calling property owners
- Source property listings over the phone through various leads supplied by the company
- Valuating properties online and negotiating with property owners over the phone in order to sign sales mandates to sell their property
- Canvassing to new sellers and phoning property owners to see if they interested in selling their property
- Negotiate property prices with sellers over the phone and list their properties
- Valuating properties using online valuation software
- Arranging property inspection | valuations for Estate Agents
