PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To promote the growth of the business by increasing the client base and expanding the services

provided to the existing client base using various selling activities and marketing opportunities to

promote the company’s services and achievements.

Main Duties

The main function of the job will include, but are not limited to the following:

Public/Clients Relations and Marketing

- Calls on existing clients to determine their satisfaction with the services delivered.
- Maintains close relationship with top clients by calling on them on a monthly basis and following up on other clients by visiting within a two month period.
- Develops relationships with newly established clients to encourage an ongoing business relationship use of services and support on offer.

- Resolves any issues or problems raised by clients and organises relevant feedback sessions where client concerns and queries can be raised for comment and feedback.

- Attends the weekly sales meeting where possible to discuss the marketing plan, actions or issues arising from the week’s sales calls.
- Substitutes for the MD at Business Networking and other meetings.
- Compiles and birthday list and sends out birthday greetings to clients specifically the Agents.

Administrative duties related to Sales and Marketing

· Responds to e-mails from clients in response to their respective queries.

· Prepares forms and manuals for the purposes of marketing and sales to track and guide activities.

· Maintains social media such as Facebook page by updating on a regular basis.

EXPERIENCE

- Previous working experience in Sales, Marketing, Client/Public Relations. Experience in the field of Electrical, Plumbing, Pest Control, Gas would be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
